Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has claimed that Barrister Gohar and Salman Akram Raja Arrested in Islamabad.
In a statement issued by PTI, it is said that the Islamabad police stopped the vehicle of Barrister Gauhar and Salman Akram Raja near Sector H13, the police took Barrister Gauhar and Salman Akram Raja into the van.
On the other hand, PTI workers pelted stones at the police at Committee Chowk in Rawalpindi, after which the police shelled and arrested several PTI workers.
Later, the police released Barrister Gauhar and Salman Akram Raja, both PTI leaders were barred from going to Rawalpindi.
Barrister Gauhar said in this regard that we were released after being detained for some time.
It should be noted that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced a protest in Rawalpindi today, while the Rawalpindi administration has imposed Section 144 under which all routes from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Rawalpindi have been closed.
