Federal Cabinet meeting, Palestine, Lebanon approval to establish Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

In a meeting of the federal cabinet under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, it was approved to establish the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for aid in Palestine and Lebanon.

The Federal Cabinet directed the State Bank to open an account for the relief fund. According to the official announcement issued from Islamabad, Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal will supervise the aid operations regarding Palestine and Lebanon.

According to the declaration, the agreement on subsidies in the fisheries sector was ratified in the light of World Trade Organization (WTO) decisions.

According to the statement, the signing of the agreement to grant the status of sister ports to Gwadar port and Shanghai port was also approved.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rwanda was approved. While the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ghana was approved.
