Unfortunately, there are no guarantees. Rockstar has previously faced criticism for its intense workplace culture, including the infamous “crunch” — mandatory overtime during key development stages.
Although the studio claims to be improving its work environment, recent reports of employee dismissals and union disputes have raised new concerns. The loss of experienced developers could further impact progress.
