Samsung is gearing up for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra launch on September 4, following the recent release of the affordable Galaxy Tab S10 Lite. Ahead of the unveiling, the Tab S11 Ultra has appeared in multiple benchmark tests, confirming its chipset and performance upgrades.

Dimensity 9400+ Chipset Confirmed

The tablet runs on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+, identified by its Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.73GHz, compared to 3.63GHz on the standard Dimensity 9400. This clears earlier speculation about the processor powering the device.

On Geekbench 6.4.0, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra scored ~2,500 in single-core and ~8,700 in multi-core performance. This represents a significant boost over the Tab S10 Ultra (Dimensity 9300+), which averages 2,200 and 7,500 respectively. However, it trails behind the Galaxy S25 Ultra (Snapdragon 8 Elite), which scores around 3,000 single-core and 9,800 multi-core.

Design, Battery & Display

Leaked information suggests the Tab S11 Ultra will keep its 14.6-inch OLED display while offering a thinner and lighter body. It reportedly measures 5.5mm thick (some leaks claim 5.1mm) and weighs 692g, slimmer than the Tab S10 Ultra’s 5.4mm, 718g build.

Battery capacity has also been increased to 11,600mAh with support for 45W fast charging, ensuring longer endurance without compromising portability.

Pricing & Variants

The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is expected to launch in three configurations:

  • 12GB + 256GB: $1,200
  • 12GB + 512GB: $1,400
  • 16GB + 1TB: $1,700

Samsung will also introduce the vanilla Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy S25 FE at the same event, expanding its premium ecosystem.

Final Thoughts

With benchmark results confirming its Dimensity 9400+ power, slim design, and upgraded specs, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra looks set to become one of 2025’s most powerful Android tablets.
